THE JOB:
The Facilities Manager will play a key role in delivering seamless guest experiences through strategic, high-quality property operations. You will oversee all engineering and maintenance operations to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and guest satisfaction across the property.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Execute departmental strategy in alignment with company goals, budgets, and profitability targets
Lead and manage engineering and maintenance staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance oversight
Ensure high standards of guest service delivery in line with brand expectations
Maintain compliance with safety, health, and building codes, and ensure accurate documentation
Oversee utility usage, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and inventory management
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
2+ years of prior relevant experience
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
