Description
The Sales Support Specialist will provide support for Atomic Data’s sales and client engagement team by handling information requests, preparing eQuotes, researching products, handling renewals quotes, and working closely with our CRM. The Sales Support Specialist should have excellent customer service skills and a high level of attention to detail.
· Manage contracts, warranties, and purchasing of product and service orders for clients
· Manage warranty, service, and support renewals for clients
· Communicate with vendors to create and fulfill sales and renewal opportunities
· Partner with distributors to procure hardware and software orders
· Facilitate new sales handoff to the Accounting
· Oversee and manage product inventory
· Manage and maintain the quote creation process within the CRM
· Process closed sales quotes
· File client orders and contract documents electronically
Requirements
· 1-3 years of sales experience and/ or experience supporting administrative or customer service role
· A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Information Systems Management (preferred)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Acrobat
· Highly organized; ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing work environment
· Exercise attention to detail; ability to proofread and edit documents and ensure that all products are professional
