Looking for a resource to join their team for a contract to assist with imaging laptops and workstations for a high volume of new hires with their expansion. They have new laptops that they are planning on rolling out. Their computer refresh project took a hiatus due to Covid and are behind on their computer refresh project. They will also be providing traditional desktop support to end users on site, along with taking escalations from the helpdesk.

Top Skills' Details

IT Support / Desktop Support Experience 2+ years

Imaging Experience - PXE/SCCM experience is a bonus

Windows Troubleshooting experience 2+ Years

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Remote Troubleshooting experience

Printer Support

Hardware support

Ticketing System Experience

Imaging experience
