Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion Consultant to join our team in Alsip, Illinois. This role focuses on designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions that support comprehensive financial operations and compliance requirements. As a long-term contract position, it offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders and optimize business processes within the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions to support complete financial processes, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Validate financial data accuracy and oversee the development and execution of data migration plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Offer expert guidance to stakeholders while challenging practices to optimize efficiency and enhance user experience.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards by identifying and mitigating risks during system implementation.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and align them with technological solutions.
• Manage change effectively by preparing stakeholders for transitions and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems.
• Monitor project progress and maintain clear communication to address concerns and achieve milestones.
• Develop financial projections and analyses to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Fusion or similar ERP/CRM systems.
• Expertise in financial software and processes, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and communication to manage expectations and align goals.
• Proven ability to identify and manage risks associated with system implementation and compliance.
• Experience in executing data migration plans and ensuring data integrity.
• Demonstrated success in business process improvement and change management.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and standards within the manufacturing industry.
• Exceptional analytical skills to develop financial projections and support strategic planning.
