Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves creating dynamic and responsive web applications using modern development tools and frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript and React, with additional experience in backend technologies being a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and JavaScript to deliver high-quality user experiences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bugs using tools like Atlassian Jira.

• Contribute to backend development tasks, with ColdFusion experience being a beneficial asset.

• Utilize GitHub for version control and code collaboration across team members.

• Implement and test APIs to ensure seamless integration with front-end systems.

• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Design and optimize systems to enhance performance through AB testing and data-driven improvements.

• Build dynamic and interactive components using AJAX for enhanced user interfaces.

• Contribute to the development of scalable applications with ASP.NET frameworks.• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in software development.

• Proficiency in React and JavaScript is required.

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Atlassian Jira.

• Experience with version control systems, particularly GitHub.

• Knowledge of backend development; ColdFusion experience is a plus.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum.

• Hands-on experience with API development and integration.

• Exposure to AJAX, AB testing, and ASP.NET frameworks.
