Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for visitors and employees.
• Coordinate facility services, including maintenance requests and vendor interactions.

• Plan and facilitate meetings and events, including scheduling and logistics.
• Serve as the first point of contact, handling receptionist duties such as greeting guests and answering inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve workflow.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed.• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
