Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and attentive manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
• Manage the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at the front desk.
• Address inquiries from employees and guests with accurate information.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, or presentations as required.• Prior experience in receptionist or front desk roles is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, printers, and computers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail and reliability.
