We are looking for a detail-oriented and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator to oversee daily office operations and provide outstanding administrative support. In this contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring a well-maintained, organized, and efficient workspace. This position is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and create a positive and friendly first impression.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
• Oversee office maintenance by coordinating with vendors for repairs and cleaning services.
• Maintain an organized inventory of office supplies and ensure timely restocking.
• Facilitate room bookings, meeting schedules, and seating arrangements.
• Support the planning and execution of office events, including catering and logistical arrangements.
• Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support office operations.• Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively.
• A customer-focused mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
