BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Aircraft Mechanic Job opportunity in Getzville, NY
Job Title: Inserter Operator
Location: Getzville, NY 14068
Shift: 3PM-11PM EST M-F, OT possible but not required
Duration: 03 months
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr on W2
Position Purpose:
Operate and maintain an inserter to produce mail pieces and prepare mailing for the Post Office. Inspect pieces during production and make adjustments to keep machines running.
Responsibilities:
Produce mail-pieces using automated inserting technology
Operate folding machines, cutter, and bindery equipment
Operate machines that insert printed matter, such as letters or booklets, into envelopes
Maintain equipment using provided maintenance schedule
Maintain optimal level of productivity
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year experience working in a mail production facility operating a mechanical inserter preferred
Experience with USPS postal regulations preferred
Manufacturing or retail experience required
Mail production and troubleshooting experience preferred
Candidate Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Strong attention to quality and detail
Effective time management skills
1+ years of mail production experience
Troubleshooting machine issues
