Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Software Development, including embedded processors and applications

Uses professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues

Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors

Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

Has internal and some external contacts

Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Software or Electrical Engineering

2-4 years related engineering experience

Experience with programming languages and technologies: C++, Python, Linux administration, Docker

Experience with embedded technologies and sensor interfaces: network protocols, serial, I2C, CAN, etc.

Demonstrated excellence in analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proficient with all development tools

Excellent organization and communication (written and verbal) skills

Training Requirements:

Knowledge Based Product Development
