Job Description

Join Teledyne Imaging Sensors as a Detector Test Technician!

What You’ll Do:

Support detector production testing according to test requirements, work instructions and test procedures.

Contribute to test setup optimization, capability development, equipment setup, maintenance, and calibration.

Log and record data with a manufacturing execution system.

Position and move dewars weighing up to 35 lbs. as needed for dewar loading/unloading, filling/emptying liquid cryogens, and mounting/unmounting from test stations.

Load and unload parts from cryogenic dewars with hand tools.

Inspect, prepare, and use high vacuum fittings and O-rings.

What You Need:

Basic understanding of electrical testing and optics.

Preferred experience with radiometry and/or spectrometry and using digital multimeters, source meters, ammeters, liquid cryogens, cryostats, and/or high vacuum equipment.

Ability to work an offset shift between first and second shift.

Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

High School Diploma with 3 years or an associate's degree with 1 year of electrical testing experience.

Must be a U.S. Citizen due to access restrictions.

Salary Range: $58,100.00-$77,400.000
