Your Responsibilities:

As a Python Developer - Infrastructure/ Sunrise, you will be responsible for:

Work in a collaborative and practical manner to address scientific software engineering challenges.

Engage with both local and offshore engineering teams to assist in software development endeavors

Leverage existing GenAI and RAG solutions and services developed by other teams to integrate data and existing capabilities into internal chatbots to enhance usability and data discovery

Rapid prototyping and iterations to foster innovation and enable the company to explore solutions in a shorter time-frame.

Your Profile:

5+ years of experience in Python backend development, with basic proficiency in ReactJS and HTML/CSS for front-end support.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Certified AWS Developer, with strong hands-on experience in serverless and event-driven architectures.

Experience deploying high-performing applications in cloud environments, with a preference for AWS-native solutions.

Familiar with GitLab CI, DevOps best practices, and integrating with ML/GenAI services (e.g., RAG-based models and internal chatbots).

Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional environments, including coordination with offshore and local engineering teams.
