This position will assist the kitchen staff with the daily upkeep of the facility's kitchen.rnPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:rnrnCook and prepare foodrnServes food in proper pre-determined portion sizes and at the correct temperaturernMaintains appearance of all equipment and serving countersrnMaintains inventory in the stock roomrnCleans kitchen area before and after business hoursrnScrubs, sanitizes, and stores pots and pans, utensils, and dishesrnPerforms other related duties as requiredrnrnMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:rnrnUnderstand and follow both oral and written instructionsrnMust be available on weekends, nights, and some weekdaysrnMust be able to work independently with minimal supervisionrnEffective time management skillsrnPrior experience in food industry preferred rnrnWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:rnrnMust be able to lift up to 40 poundsrnAble to tolerate extreme temperaturesrnSignificant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling
