About the Role:
The Facilities Coordinator has responsibilities for the Remitly premises and property needs in terms of the security, maintenance, and enhancement of all properties to the agreed organizational standards. This role will report to Facilities Manager - LATAM
You Will:
Drive facilities policies uptades contantly and planning, including support when project expansion is required, and procurement process experience.
Support the Facilities Admin to manage vendors for core services such as security, housekeeping, and transportation as necessary.
Establish and maintain proper protocols a for office safety measures.
Implement continuous improvement for Facilities Management to ensure high standards are maintained.
Monitor property "health" and environments to ensure standards are maintained.
Liaise with vendors in relation to all site services (food, transportation, security, cleaning, snacks bar, safety etc.) Ensure the outcomes meet the required expectations
You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, equivalent or equivalent experience.
At least two years recent and consecutive experience in a similar role.
Experience in managing small to medium projects.
Success in managing multiple service providers to agree scope, quality and timeframes to meet business needs
Proven ability to transform ideas, concepts and business expectations into reality for property and location fit-outs expansions and ongoing operations.
A postgraduate degree in project management or accounting is a plus.
