Join Learfield’s Brand Strategy team as a key creative player in our Sports Properties organization. We're seeking a dynamic Sr. Graphic Designer who will conceptualize and develop custom graphics based on sales objectives for brands interested in sponsoring the college athletics programs Learfield represents. This role will design both single element graphics and full visual narratives that bring sales materials to life and showcase the value of college athletics sponsorship. The ideal candidate is someone with deck building and other sales materials design experience, highly creative, and with the ability to work both solo and in a group.
Key Responsibilities:
Create visuals for proposals, upsells and renewals
Collaborate with Sports Properties, Brand Strategists and Insights team to create tailored materials that effectively communicate value propositions
Co-create and enhance narratives for sales materials that inspire brands to partner with college athletics program[s]
Design and develop presentation slides that align with the school’s brand
Integrate the brand sponsor into college sports through compelling mockups
Visualize data through infographic design, and other multimedia elements
Organize and structure sales materials content for clarity and coherence
Revise designs based on feedback to achieve optimal results
Work under Art Director to provide creative assistance to projects they are leading design on
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design (or related field) or relevant experience
Expert of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong creative portfolio that demonstrates skills within presentation design
4+ years of design experience in designing for multiple media formats
2+ years designing presentations or digital multi-page layout
Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Mockup design experience
Data visualization design experience
Experience working in sales and/or sales marketing teams
Knowledge of college athletics, live entertainment, or similar industries
