Full-stack Development Team Lead

As the Full-stack Development Team Lead in our Tools team, you’ll play a key role in shaping solutions that empower our engineering, marketing and other teams to work smarter and more effectively.

With a tech stack that includes JavaScript, Python, Next.js, Jira, and GitLab, you’ll lead by example — streamlining processes, fostering innovation, and driving high standards.

Empower the automation developers team by setting them up for success, providing clear guidance and expectations, and actively removing obstacles;

Mentor and coach team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement;

Oversee sprint planning and monitor team progress to ensure team goals are achieved;

Engage with stakeholders to discuss business solutions and suggest alternatives;

Participate in the hiring of new talent and manage the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, and off-boarding;

Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code and ensure best practices are followed.

Proven experience leading a team of software engineers or cross-functional teams;

Background in software development and/or deep understanding of SDLC and best software engineering practices;

Strong leadership and communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration;

Ability to align with stakeholders and clarify task requirements;

Well-developed soft skills, including empathy, a coaching mindset, sound decision-making, adaptability, and the ability to foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
