The Inside Sales Team Lead Lankhorst manages the Inside Sales department ensuring a qualitative support is provided to the customers and support the commercial activity to effectively increase the sales level. Furthermore, the Inside Sales Team Lead will be in charge of the inside tasks related to Besto lifesavings and will support the account manager national/ international. The role holder will also handle the Besto customers (Inquiries, orders, tenders).

Develops and monitors the Inside Sales department.

Accountabilities:

Sets and maintains KPI, policies, procedures and best practices for the Inside Sales department.

Is the interface between the Inside Sales, outside sales, Customer Service and other departments.

Divides the work and ensures the daily operational management and capacity planning are performed.

Supervises the execution of the work (qualitative and quantitative), monitors the progress and actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the processes linked to the Inside Sales and Besto responsibilities

Support of the Besto brand and an overview in general:

Support account mangers NL

Export managers

Professional account manager Besto

Handle the complicated Besto customers (inquiries/ orders/tenders)

Service Support à Supports the Service department of Besto.

Supports the service department with planning, filing documents and other administrative tasks that where needed for quality assurance system & procedures in regards Besto Lifesavings.

Manages the Inside Sales team members and develops the team members level of knowledge and skills.

Communicates the business objectives, plans, budgets and performance to all employees of the department in order to maximize the individual and collective contributions and commitment to continuously improve the performance of the business.

Builds a high-performance team culture that recognizes and rewards excellence and encourages individuals to strive for continuous improvement.

Increases efficiency in order process, by stimulating business to business portal and develop / implement other tools to work effective.

Supporting commercial activities that contribute to the commercial objectives.

Actively supports and rollout of sales actions and implement this into the team of specialists.

Ensures the organization and the coordination of various exhibitions (e.g. registration, preparation, collection of exhibition material, handling) are properly handled.

Holds the accountability for entering price agreements per customers.

Act as a link between the purchasing, sales office, logistics and branch offices Lankhorst, Hohorst in Germany and Export

Holds accountability on order flow handling: releasing back orders and prioritizing goods receive.

Monitors progress, identifies (threatening) deviations; informs customers of problems / deviations.

Aligns on delivery instructions with customers.

Prepares the documents for the various (export) shipments.

Manages the preparation of Reach, country of Origin and other requested customer statements.

Skills & Knowledge:

Higher Education or equivalent experience

Commercial, Business oriented

Fluent in English & Dutch. Good knowledge of German is a plus.

Self-starter

Autonomous

Excellent communication skills

Ability to deal with people, managerial and relational skills.

Computer literate: MS office, SAP / D365

Our offer:

This exciting position is a Global Grade 10 and offers a salary of between €45,000 and €52,000 (payable in 12.96 instalments). Please be aware that this range represents the pay range for all positions within the job grade in which the post falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, and location (country). We also offer the following benefits:
