Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Collision Repair Advisor to join our team. This position is the face and voice of our company, playing a critical role in creating a welcoming and efficient front office environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator — both verbally and in writing — who thrives in a fast-paced setting, is tech-savvy, and is eager to grow their career within a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.

· Answer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and accurately.

· Schedule appointments, coordinate repair timelines, and maintain accurate customer records.

· Communicate repair updates clearly and proactively to customers and insurance partners.

· Support the management team with administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.

· Assist with filing insurance claims and coordinating with adjusters.

· Use email, CRM systems, and other digital tools effectively for communication and customer management.

· Always uphold the highest level of customer service.

· Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward professional development and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in the front office, customer service, or administrative role (automotive or body shop experience a plus but not required).

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

· Professional appearance and demeanor.

· Self-driven, motivated, and eager to grow within the company.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively.

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a strong understanding of how to use technology, including email systems, CRM platforms, and other digital communication tools.
