Delta Industries, Inc. is a trusted regional construction materials supplier. Established in 1945, Delta Industries aims to provide a solid foundation for economic prosperity and quality of life through construction materials solutions. We are currently looking for a Media & Branding Specialist to be responsible for implementing and coordinating marketing initiatives, managing digital media campaigns, and creating content that enhances the company’s online presence. They will collaborate closely with various teams, including sales and operations, to develop and execute strategies that align with business goals and brand development. This position reports to the Director of Business Development and Marketing.

Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads), SEO, and email marketing campaigns.

Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Create, schedule, and publish posts that highlight project successes, company milestones, and industry insights.

Content Creation: Develop compelling digital content, including blog posts, website copy, case studies, and video content showcasing completed projects, company services, and customer testimonials.

Website Management: Regularly update and maintain the company website to ensure it is current, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing efforts. Track and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.

Branding and Communication: Assist in the development and execution of branding strategies to increase brand awareness and recognition within the construction industry.

Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, proposals) that support business development efforts.

Event Support: Plan, promote and represent Delta Industries at marketing events, trade shows, and conferences. Assist with event marketing materials and ensure proper promotion on digital platforms.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports on performance metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

Construction Industry Focus: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s marketing strategies remain competitive and relevant.

Other related tasks that support promoting the company brand both externally and internally to align with corporate mission.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the construction or real estate industries.

Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.) and content management systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of the construction industry and the ability to adapt marketing strategies for this sector is a plus.

Creative mindset with a passion for digital media.
