As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Trish Hulsey - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain customer relationships, and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
Develop leads, ask for referrals, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic and lead by example with both willingness to learn and effective problem-solving skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to learn and leverage technology within the office using proprietary software.
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
An understanding and interest in helping people manage of the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
Be able to work seamlessly in both an in person and virtual customer environment.

Property and Casualty license prior to employment
