Location: Kraków

Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

We’re looking for a passionate, strategic, and people-focused individual to program manage MakerSource - a newly formed organization, which provides high-quality internal staffing solutions. The MakerSource Program Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive training programs, overseeing team members, managing project assignments, and acting as the primary liaison between MakerSource and other departments utilizing its resources.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

Organizational Setup:

Work with CAO Leadership to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for the organization.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

Training and Development:

Design and implement comprehensive training programs for MakerSource members, focusing on technical skills and soft skills development.

Coordinate with internal SMEs to deliver effective training sessions.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary.

Team Oversight and Management:

Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of team members into various projects.

Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and career development opportunities for team members.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Project Assignment and Resource Management:

Allocate MakerSource resources to projects based on skill sets, availability, and project requirements.

Monitor project progress, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams utilizing MakerSource resources.

Understand the needs and expectations of stakeholders, ensuring that MakerSource delivers value and meets requirements.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between MakerSource and other departments.

Growth Strategy and Metrics

Establish MakerSource metrics and monitor and report on them

Continuously evolve the model to reflect future hiring needs and capacity planning

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, resource management, or a similar role.

Proven experience in setting up and managing training programs for technical teams.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Knowledge of the IT industry and current technology trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with IT service providers

Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or IT service management (e.g., ITIL).

Experience in business development and pre-sales activities.
