About the Position:

As a Reservation Agent, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients throughout the booking process. With your excellent communication skills and keen eye for detail, you'll ensure each customer receives a smooth and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Help customers choose and reserve rental cars that fit their travel plans

Provide personalized recommendations on vehicle types, packages, and extras

Communicate via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and warmth

Handle booking updates, cancellations, and any issues that arise

Stay informed on rental policies, deals, and industry insights to guide customers effectively

Accurately maintain customer and reservation records for smooth service delivery

Requirements:

Proficiency in German (C2 level)

Proficiency in English (B2 level)

EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles

Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
