This position as Research Assistant provides support for engineering-related research by setting up and performing experiments, collecting and compiling data, recording observations and measurements, and operating and overseeing the maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Hiring Range: $15.70 - $20.67

The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or similar with experience in conducting geochemical experimentation and analyses. 1-2 years of relevant lab experience required. Ability to communicate experimental results in written and oral form. Ability to manage and track purchasing of supplies and ability to collaborate with a team of investigators.

Bachelor’s Degree 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
