What You’ll Do:
Own and drive recruiter growth – identify, source, and onboard top recruiters and agencies onto the platform.
Develop and execute outbound strategies – generate a strong pipeline of high-quality recruiting talent.
Optimize conversion – refine messaging, outreach, and onboarding to maximize adoption and engagement.
Leverage AI-driven sales tech – work with in-house engineering teams to optimize outreach and growth channels.
Identify new business opportunities – experiment with new channels to accelerate recruiter acquisition and marketplace expansion.
