A high-growth AI-driven HR Platform startups is looking for a GTM or Sales Development rep to scale client acquisition and engagement on the platform. This company is transforming how category-leading tech companies hire.

With mid-7 figures in ARR and rapid growth, they are looking for a relentless, revenue-driven GTM professional to lead new recruiter growth, outreach, and onboarding. This is an opportunity to work in a high-impact, high-autonomy role with the potential to build your own team within 90 days.

What You’ll Do:

Own and drive recruiter growth – identify, source, and onboard top recruiters and agencies onto the platform.

Develop and execute outbound strategies – generate a strong pipeline of high-quality recruiting talent.

Optimize conversion – refine messaging, outreach, and onboarding to maximize adoption and engagement.

Leverage AI-driven sales tech – work with in-house engineering teams to optimize outreach and growth channels.

Identify new business opportunities – experiment with new channels to accelerate recruiter acquisition and marketplace expansion.

Who You Are:
