QA Inspector - 1st Shift

1st Shift Quality Inspector

Pro Resources has partnered with a local custom fabrication manufacturer in Huntington, and weâ re seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Inspector. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting parts that come off the powder coat line, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality before being packed and shipped. Your dedication to precision and commitment to quality control will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in customer fabrication work with sheet metal.

Job Details:

-Shift: 1st shift, 7:00am-3:30pm with a 30-minute lunch

-Hourly Rate: $16/hour

-Work Environment: Industrial setting; temperatures may vary (hot in the summer, cooler in the winter)

Responsibilities:

-Inspect parts coming off the powder coat line for adherence to quality standards.

-Ensure accurate packing of inspected parts for safe and secure shipment.

-Assist where needed.

-Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet production deadlines.

-Uphold a commitment to safety protocols in an industrial setting.

-Maintain a keen eye for detail to identify and report any defects or deviations from specifications.

-Adhere to company policies and procedures to consistently deliver high-quality products.

Requirements:

-Steel-toed boots are mandatory

-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift

-Previous Supervision experience preferred

-HS Diploma preferred
