Production Control Manager

Production Control / Scheduling Manager – Heavy Manufacturing

Salary Up to $85,000 + Benefits & Relocation Assistance

Our client is a global leader in their industry and has a Production Control Manager opening. This facility is actually undergoing an expansion, so it is a great opportunity to join the team.

Responsibilities include planning and preparing daily production schedules and monitoring outgoing production supply parts. Manages and coordinates customer schedule change requests and confirmations. Manages inventory to maintain on-time delivery. Work with customers on delivery dates. Will manage purchasing and customer service in the department.

Excellent communication & Microsoft Excel skills are essential for this position. Other responsibilities include:

Monitoring inventory and deficiencies

Managing MRO requirements and working with suppliers

Providing support to shipping and receiving on supply issues

Expediting manufacturing and purchasing to support the master schedule.

Facility located in Mississippi close to metro area and only a few hours from the beach.

Minimum requirements for this Production Control Manager:

At least 5 years' experience in production control in a manufacturing environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

MS Office skills and excellent Excel skills (V lookup and Pivot Tables)

BS Degree preferred
