Job Description

Are you a creative marketing professional with experience in the mortgage industry? EMM Loans LLC is looking for a talented Digital & Print Marketing Creator to develop compelling content and campaigns that engage clients and drive business growth. This is a remote position. Minor travel may be necessary 2-3 times a year.

Job duties of the Digital and Print Marketing Creator include but are not limited to:

Design and create engaging marketing materials for digital and print campaigns tailored to the mortgage industry

Develop content for social media, email campaigns, and website promotions to attract and retain clients

Craft eye-catching print ads, brochures and flyer pieces to support loan officers and business partners

Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging across all platforms

Monitor marketing performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for better results

Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in mortgage marketing or real estate finance

Strong design skills with proficiency in CRM’s, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media, SEO, and email marketing

Excellent writing and storytelling abilities to communicate complex mortgage concepts in an engaging way

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to industry trends
