About the Role:
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing the organization’s liquidity, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, currency exchange strategy, and financial risk management to optimize treasury operations. This role ensures efficient cash management, compliance with financial policies, and supports strategic decision-making by providing insights into cash positioning, investment opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:
Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity across bank accounts.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and assist with short-term and long-term liquidity planning.
Support banking relationships, including account administration and compliance requirements.
Execute intercompany and external cash transfers, ensuring proper documentation and controls.
Reconcile bank activity and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Accounting.
Assist in managing investment activity and compliance with treasury policies.
Maintain and improve treasury processes, controls, and reporting tools.
Participate in treasury-related projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or similar role.
Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial instruments.
Excellent Excel skills; experience with treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, GTreasury) is a plus.
Highly organized, detail-focused, and analytical.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Interest in process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.

Monthly salary of EUR 2000-2700 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
