Job Qualifications
Five years of work experience providing eye/vision care and related services with prior experience managing contact lens inventory/system required.
Doctor of Optometry degree and valid optometrist license are required.
Associate may not perform any duties relating to personal health information until HIPAA training has been completed. Training must be completed within three months of occupying position.

Major Duties
Conducts examinations of the eye and vision.
Prescribes corrective lenses, vision training, and/or medications.
Plans, manages, and directs an Exchange optometry facility.
Manages and trains assigned associates.
Ensures a high level of customer service/satisfaction.
Performs other duties as asssigned.
