About the Role

As an Estimator, you’ll assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies. You’ll draft work orders, keep detailed records, and help our customers understand their repair options.

Key Qualifications:

1-3 years in collision repair estimating

Strong knowledge of vehicle structures

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
