Job Description
TELACU Construction Management is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of public works related projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in document control
Attend meetings
Write meeting minutes
Set up and maintain document control system
Maintain required project documentation
Serve as a liaison between TCM, the client, and the contractors
Process payment applications
Assist with QA/QC walks
Observe construction activities
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
B.A/B.S. Business, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar preferable
Notary of public preferred
Previous experience working on construction projects
Strong project management skills
Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership qualities
