Job Title: Chain Link Fence Installer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Chain Link Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing various types of fences, including chain link, wood, vinyl, ornamental iron, and farm fences. You will work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. This role requires the use of welding, digging equipment, bobcats, and both hand and power tools.
Responsibilities
Install various types of fences including chain link, wood, vinyl, ornamental iron, and farm fences.
Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely project completion to specifications.
Utilize welding, digging equipment, bobcats, and hand and power tools for installation jobs.
Adhere to all safety policies and practices, reporting any safety concerns immediately.
Work closely with customers to address specific needs and concerns.
Read and interpret drawings of fence specifications and materials lists.
Load installation trucks with required materials for each job.
Potentially work out of town on projects, which may require overnight travel.
Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Display excellent communication skills, including effective presentation, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Respectfully take direction from the manager.Essential Skills
Experience in chain link fence installation.
Ability to read and interpret fence specifications and materials lists.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications
General knowledge of and ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
Comfortable working overtime.
Experience in similar roles such as farm hand, construction laborer, framer, carpenter, or mover.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The physical demands of this job include occasionally lifting and moving over 100 pounds, digging into solid earth or rock, and performing tasks that require specific vision abilities. The work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, hail, snow, and extreme heat. Employees are required to use appropriate PPE and may encounter loud noise levels. Occasional overnight travel may be required.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
