The Job You Will Perform:
Leads Manufacturing Work Systems (MWS) components at the Columbus Mill
Leads effective shutdown management processes and is responsible for the results
Improves maintenance workforce effectiveness by eliminating potential for delays and obstacles through proper planning and coordination of parts, equipment and personnel
Establishes and maintains consistent and disciplined planning processes in all areas of the Mill
Acts as overall mill Annual Outage Coordinator
Champion for Annual Outage and MWS and Global Manufacturing System (GMS) Elements
The Skills You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Prefer a minimum of five (5) years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in the pulp and paper industry is preferred.
Planning and Managing Site Coordinators
Detailed knowledge of industrial safety procedures and regulations.
Ability to lead in a high-performance team environment and get work done through others.
Ability to collaborate with peers and work well work others.
Strong computer skills including proficiency with SAP and all Microsoft Office applications.
Good decision-making, judgement and outstanding interpersonal skills are required.
High degree of organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skill.
Working knowledge of equipment, trades skills, work execution, and reporting.
Proficient in Work Brain and time entry.
