Job Title: Machine Shop Helper

Job Description

In this role, you will perform fabrication, deburring, grinding, polishing, and painting tasks within a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with machinists, welders, and fabricators to ensure the final stages of product completion. Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as a tape measure, is required.

Responsibilities

Perform fabrication tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Assist with deburring, grinding, polishing, and painting duties.

Collaborate with machinists, welders, and fabricators.

Use hand and power tools effectively.

Measure materials accurately using a tape measure.Essential Skills

Proficiency in fabrication techniques.

Experience with hand and power tools.

Ability to perform grinding and polishing tasks.

Skill in using a tape measure accurately.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Any education or certifications related to the welding or machining industry are a bonus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
