Bilingual Medical Admin
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Medical Admin for our healthcare client located in Encinitas. This position will be 100% onsite and a contract-to-hire, full-time opportunity. Interested candidates must be bilingual English/Spanish.
This role will be the first point of contact for patients and guests of the clinic, assisting with patient check in/out, insurance verification, collection of copays, scheduling patient appointments, and all other adminstrative duties as needed. Because this is the face of the clinic, this position needs to give a welcoming patient experience and create a warm environment for others.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of healthcare administrative experience
Bilingual English/Spanish
Proficient working within EMR Systems and Microsoft Office
Must possess a valid driver's license Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to multiple tasks throughout the day
Excellent ability to prioritize and work well independently
Can meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Provides a warm and welcoming experience for others
Tech savvy and can work well within multiple software platforms
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
