We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly preferred to better serve our diverse client and candidate base.
Position Overview:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a variety of positions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and clients. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
Conduct candidate interviews, assess skills and experience, and match candidates to appropriate job opportunities.
Communicate job offers, onboarding processes, and work assignments clearly to candidates.
Build strong relationships with clients by understanding staffing needs and delivering qualified candidates promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and onboarding paperwork.
Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community networking opportunities to build talent pipelines.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and clients regarding candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
Support a positive work environment and promote diversity and inclusion efforts.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred).
1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience (agency or high-volume recruiting preferred).
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet recruitment deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
