The role of Job Captain is critical within our firm, serving as the keystone for effective communication through our deliverables to the wider project team. We are on the lookout for a diligent and passionate Architectural Job Captain who can be an essential, supportive team member, ready to:

Contribute to the design and execution of various project types

Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating the production of high-quality construction documents

Create project renderings

Pursue continuous growth and evolve into roles focused on designing and managing projects

We seek candidates who bring a positive attitude daily, eager to learn from others while sharing their own knowledge and talents, becoming integral to our team’s success.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree from an NAAB accredited school of architecture

2-5 years of relevant experience in architecture

Strong design capabilities and production skills

Proficiency in Revit software

A genuine drive to work hard and find meaning and satisfaction in your efforts
