We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at the Eagan, MN facility. The role involves working with production machinery to create metal screens used in construction, receiving incoming stock, and preparing orders for delivery. The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Responsibilities
Receive all incoming stock.
Operate production machinery to create metal screens.
Weave metal rods together using production machinery.
Prepare orders for delivery.
Work as part of a team.
Follow all company rules and policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.Essential Skills
General labor experience.
Production and machine operation experience.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently for 10 hours.
Ability to stand all day long.
Experience with machine operating and power tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in assembly.
Proficient in using hand and power tools.

Work Environment
The work environment involves operating production machinery during the 2nd shift, from 2:30 pm to 1 am Monday through Thursday and 2:30 pm to 11 pm on Friday, totaling a 48-hour workweek. The position requires wearing steel toe shoes and gloves, and provides reimbursement for these after direct hire. The role is physically demanding, requiring lifting and standing for extended periods.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $22.00/hr.
