Job Title: Mechanical Electrical Assembler/Installer

Shift: 6:30am-5:00pm (Monday-Thursday) + Overtime on Fridays

Pay: $23-26/hr

Job Description

Are you a skilled technician with a knack for assembling and installing equipment? Join our dynamic team where you'll work on trailers, vans, RVs, and more! You'll use hand and power tools to install and assemble mechanical and electrical components, troubleshoot assemblies, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your expertise in interpreting technical drawings, wiring schematics, and assembly instructions will be crucial in maintaining the quality and accuracy of our products. You'll also perform in-process inspections and quality checks to guarantee top-notch results.

Responsibilities

Assemble and install equipment into trailers, vans, and RVs.

Utilize hand and power tools to install and assemble mechanical and electrical components.

Install and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical assemblies, including wiring harnesses, control switches, and hydraulic components.

Interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and assembly instructions.

Ensure proper setup, functionality, quality, and accuracy of the product.

Perform in-process inspection and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completion.

Essential Skills

Mechanical and electrical experience (75% mechanical and 25% electrical).

Proficiency with mechanical assembly, hand tools, and power tools.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics.

Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical knowledge.

Experience in troubleshooting, repair, and installation.

Knowledge of preventive maintenance and inspection.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in an industrial setting (mechanical and electrical).

OSHA certification is a plus.

Experience in construction, service, HVAC, carpentry, and electronics.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday-Thursday from 6:30am-5:00pm, with overtime as needed based on production demands. Currently, the schedule is Monday-Friday with optional overtime early in the contract.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
