Job Description
Join a dynamic team working four 10-hour shifts from Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 5:30 AM to 4 PM. You will support various departments throughout the shop, interpreting mechanical blueprints and using the correct power or cutting tools for each task. Responsibilities include assembling pieces, performing tack welding, and maintaining a clean shop environment. You will assist in building shipping crates, supporting machine operators, and loading/unloading trucks.

Experience with mechanical assembly

Basic math for measurements and calculations
Experience reading tape measure to 1/16th of an inch
Blueprint reading experience is a plus
Experience cutting, assembling, or working with metal or metal parts is a plus
Experience working in fast-paced environments

Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced shop environment that is climate-controlled but can get hot or cold when bay doors are open. The shop provides an engaging atmosphere equipped with the necessary tools and technologies for metal fabrication.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fenton, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
