We are seeking a full-time passionate Beverage Innovation Project Manager, to work at our headquarters in Columbus, OH, w/flexible work hours & some travel. Includes a starting salary range of $80,000-$90,000 based on experience and the benefits listed below. Beverage Innovation Project Manager's Responsibilities: (Included, but not Limited to)

Lead and manage beverage innovation products, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Identify opportunities for new beverage products and improvements to existing offerings based on market trends and consumer insights

Have a deep understanding of the coffee/tea and beverage industry

Ability to travel & meet with Stakeholders, Suppliers, and attend Industry events

Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and operations teams to develop and refine product concepts, formulations, and packaging

Collaboration across different time zones to accommodate project deadlines

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management

Align products with the company's strategic goals

Conduct feasibility studies and pilot testing to validate product concepts and ensure readiness for commercialization

Ensure all beverage innovation projects comply with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards

Qualifications for Success for the Beverage Innovation Project Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field

5 years of experience in project management preferred, ideally within the beverage industry

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering beverage innovation projects

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Lean)

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus

Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Asana) is a plus.
