As a Senior Shift Leader, you will enhance customer engagement and boost sales by bringing brands to life through live events and sampling. You will also lend valuable support to leadership through reporting, training new hires, scheduling, and overseeing both setup and teardown of demonstrations.

What we’re looking for:

Enthusiastic and friendly interaction with customers and management

Must be at least 18 years old

Available for 4+ days a week, including Sunday and Monday

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for up to 6 hours

Comfortable with preparing, cooking, and cleaning work areas and equipment

Reliable transportation to the job site

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a strong focus on action and results

Ability to work independently as well as build effective team dynamics

Prioritizes safety in a retail environment
