Join Us as a Licensed Practical Nurse!

As an LPN on the Day Shift, you will be essential in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing direct nursing care, administering medications, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to implement effective care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and execute care plans.

Provide wound care and other necessary nursing interventions.

Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
