Speech Language Pathologist / PRN

Seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with at least 1 year in home health, for PRN position in Colorado Springs, covering El Paso County.

Provide one-on-one patient care, develop and implement care plans, educate patients/families, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document care in compliance with regulations.

Requirements: Master's/Doctoral degree, valid state SLP license, current CPR certification, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
