How You Make Your Mark:
Lead the charge in implementing our plant-wide LEAN strategy, aligning it with our broader company vision.
Work closely with teams across departments, ensuring the successful integration of LEAN principles and driving impactful change.
Promote and facilitate the use of our Daily Management System (DMS) to streamline processes and
Initiate and lead LEAN projects that boost operational performance and deliver tangible savings.
Conduct insightful KAIZEN events and meticulously analyse existing manufacturing processes to pinpoint areas for improvement and eliminate waste.
Develop and deliver engaging training and coaching on LEAN methodologies for all employees.
Act as a passionate advocate for LEAN principles, fostering a workplace culture that embraces continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
Lead thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and other critical projects to resolve recurring challenges and establish best practices.
Contribute to various operational transformation projects, including the integration of new machinery, software implementation, and the development of our talented team.
Oversee the creation of clear standards for operational processes and ensure consistent adherence by our shop floor leadership (DMS, LEAN, and Leadership standards).
Spearhead the implementation of a unified approach to key leadership tasks such as onboarding, absence management, performance reviews, and development plans, while simultaneously supporting the professional growth of our shop floor leaders.
Serve as a key point of contact for shift leads, offering guidance and assistance to ensure efficient daily operations and process consistency.
Provide essential backup support for shift leads and the Production Manager, ensuring seamless operational continuity.
What You Bring to the Party:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in a manufacturing setting, actively applying LEAN manufacturing tools (VSM, RCA, 5S, KAIZEN) with a focus on process enhancement, coaching, or team leadership.
A solid grasp of LEAN Manufacturing principles, Daily Management Systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
The ability to connect and communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
A knack for fostering collaboration and building a culture of responsibility, autonomy, and continuous learning.
Fluency in both Dutch and English.
Extra Kudos for Experience:
A Green Belt certification or equivalent qualification in LEAN Manufacturing.
