Salary: $12-$15 hourly DOE

Renewed Hope Ranch is a Residential Treatment Center for adolescent girls ages 12-18. A Guidance Mentor would provide safety and structure for the adolescent girls as they work through their emotional, mental, behavioral and academic struggles in a residential setting. A Guidance Mentor needs to have patience, compassion, and the ability to set and keep strong boundaries. For weekend shifts you may be asked to participate in outings and activities with girls such as: hiking, service projects, outdoor/indoor sports, etc. Must be 20 years or older.

Pay: $12-15 depending on experience
