As a B2B Sales Representative with us, you'll be entrusted with an outside sales position in your designated territory. We'll equip you with the necessary skills and tools to engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries.

Responsibilities
Scheduling follow-up appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess their needs
Participating in scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager
Prospecting new businesses, referrals, and existing clients requiring service
Cultivating and managing your own book of business
Collaborating with your sales team manager to set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Responding to client emails and phone inquiries promptly
Establishing and nurturing relationships with local business owners in your territory
Setting your own working hours and being consistent in your schedule
Balancing cold lead generation and warm lead follow-ups effectively
Providing daily updates on sales metrics and activity
Requirements
Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer)
Bachelors degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience.
Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.
