AIMS, LLC is a multi-specialty group practice providing inpatient psychiatric, medical hospitalist and psychology services to the NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals (NPH) throughout Indiana. NPH provides acute, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization for adult patients with a broad range of psychiatric diagnoses and comorbid medical conditions. In partnership, NPH and AIMS provide exceptional, quality care through an interdisciplinary team aimed at healing the mind and body of individuals facing challenging circumstances on their life journey.

Clinical AdministrativeAssistant Duties:
Collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners and psychologists on daily tasks/duties
Assisting providers with telemedicine services as needed
Assisting providers during examinations
Scribing for providers
Generating and filing provider notes
Performing other job-related duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work independently
Ability to exercise judgement and make decisions
Excellent communication skills to communicate with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers, and management staff
Ability to perform in a high productivity, fast-paced environment
Ability to document accurately and concisely
Excellent phone and computer skills
Ability to maintain sensitive information in confidence
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize diverse responsibilities
HIPAA knowledge
Experience:
Experience in Medical office (2 years)
EMR systems: 2 years; ICAN Notes a Plus (Preferred)
Medical terminology: 2 years (Preferred)
Machines/Equipment/Resources used:
Computer, Phone, Copy/Fax Machine Skills
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
Has contact with potentially violent patients
