We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer (5+ years) to join our Client's innovative small manufacturing company. This hands-on role is perfect for a technical problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operate shop equipment (bench mills, drill presses, jewelers lathes)

Create detailed models and assembly drawings using SolidWorks

Design fixtures and prototypes for production

Develop and document manufacturing processes

Write test protocols and analyze results

Manage engineering change orders

Communicate technical concepts across all levels WHAT WE NEED

5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience

Strong SolidWorks proficiency

Excellent technical documentation skills

Experience with fixture design and prototype development

Outstanding communication abilities

Adaptability and multi-tasking capabilities Work directly with leadership in a collaborative environment where your ideas matter. Make a visible impact on product development while growing your technical expertise in a versatile role.
