Job Description
Department: Shipping
Reports To: Shipping Supervisor
Schedule: Mon-Wed 5pm to 5am, Thurs 3pm to 1am, Fri 12pm to 7pm
General Purpose of Position:
Operate baler equipment to process paper waste.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Unload dollies and gaylords of waste into the baler for processing
Operate forklift to move materials to staging areas and load/unload trucks
Complete paperwork thoroughly and accurately
Keep area around machine and all equipment clean and properly maintained
Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or GED preferred. Prior forklift operating experience preferred. Less than high school education with up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to be on their feet for up to 12 hours per day. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with assistance if required.
